  SCIOTO COUNTY - The Portsmouth Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol is investigating a fatal crash in Scioto County.It happened Friday around 9:20 p.m. on Dogwood Ridge near Edmond Drive.Michael Rose, 41 was driving southwest on Dogwood Ridgewood and lost control on a hillcrest. He went off the right side of the road and struck a culvert causing the vehicle to overturn.Rose was partially ejected and pronounced dead by the Scioto County Coroner.   COLUMBUS, Ohio -- The Columbus Police Community Response team made a huge safe streets seizure and arrest.On Friday night authorities recovered 97 grams of cocaine, 65 grams of crack, $3,577 and a loaded .380 gun.Investigators believe the suspect was probably a registered felon and not supposed to have a gun.The suspect faces charges ofF-1 possession of crack, cocaine, W.U.D., improper handling, obstructing official business and tampering with evidence.
