  The Franklin County Dog warden informed Columbus Humane about three dogs who died because of hypothermia. One of the dogs was a stray that was found in the Linden area of Columbus.   One person was injured Wednesday night when a car crashed head-on into a COTA bus on the Southeast Side, Columbus police said. A woman was driving eastbound on the 3000 block of Alum Creek Drive near Watkins Road just after 8:30 p.m. when she crossed the centerline and crashed into a westbound COTA bus, police said.
