  After 12 days, the 2017 Ohio State Fair comes to a close with fair favorites.
  While some made their way to the fairgrounds for one last ride or fried treat, many came for the they say the fair is all about—the agriculture.

  The Ohio State Fair won’t break any attendance records this year as numbers are down since the tragic incident on the Fire Ball opening day, according to fair organizers.
  The day following that incident, attendance dropped by 13,000 people and the following Friday, attendance was down 15,000 compared to 2016.
