    MARION, Ohio - A baby and two adults are safe after a fire at an apartment on East Fairground Street in Marion Saturday morning.The Marion Fire Department said a 4-month-old baby was dropped by the baby's mother from a second-floor window into the arms of a neighbor.The mother then jumped from the window to safety, according to the fire department.Another woman was able to make it out safely as well.The fire started just before 3:15 a.m. Saturday and caused a lot of damage to the apartment.Firef
