    UPPER ARLINGTON, Ohio - Police in Upper Arlington are looking for a 90-year-old man with dementia and are asking for the public's help to find him.An alert was issued Thursday night for Wayne Shaner.Shaner was last seen on Westmont Boulevard in Upper Arlington when he left his home around 4:30 p.m. and did not return, police said.Police describe Shaner as 5'11" tall and weighing 160 pounds. He has gray hair and blue eyes.Police said he was seen driving a white 2005 Honda Pilot with an Ohio licen
