    Franklin County's Board of Elections has extended its hours for Tuesday, the last day to register to vote in Ohio for the Nov. 8 election. The board will be open Tuesday from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. Voter registration forms can be dropped off at the Board of Elections, 1700 Morse Road, no later than 9 p.m. Tuesday. Registration forms mailed in must be postmarked no later than Tuesday. More than 833,000 voters are registered to vote in Franklin County, where there will be 1,199 versions of ballot styles
