(WIVB) -- Dog admissions at the SPCA Serving Erie County are temporarily closed as the shelter says they have reached maximum capacity.The 300 Harlem Road location in West Seneca will not be able to accept dogs for the time being.In a Facebook post, the shelter cited "multiple animal cruelty cases" and a "shortage of space and resources" as reasonings for the temporary closure.
