    More moisture wrapping around a storm passing north of the border brings rain showers to the region Tuesday. An increasing wind ushers in a much chillier air mass which will result in rain mixing with snow on the hilltops during the afternoon.     Spotty showers mainly north of downtown Buffalo will increase in coverage during the afternoon. An isolated thunderstorm is possible. Overnight, the rain becomes more spotty north and west with more rain lingering south and east of the metro. Scattered morning showers Saturday taper off going through the afternoon.
