(WIVB) -- Police said they are investigating a shooting that occurred Tuesday afternoon in North Buffalo.A male victim was shot in the leg around 3:24 p.m. at 19 Alden Ave. near Academy School 131. The suspect remains outstanding, a city spokesperson said.The victim's injuries do not appear to be life-threatening. He was transported to ECMC for treatment while the incident remains under investigation.
