(WIVB) -- A Cheektowaga man was found guilty of disorderly conduct on Monday after he yelled racial slurs toward victims in March 2023, the Erie County District Attorney's Office announced.On March 20, Richard Stasiak, 67, used abusive or obscene language toward the victims in the parking lot of an Aldi in Cheektowaga.
