    BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) -- A man was arrested and charged after a vehicle was reported stolen out of a Gowanda pizza restaurant and later found crashed, according to the Cattaraugus County Sheriff's Office.
    Officials responded to reports of a stolen vehicle at Capozzi's Pizzeria on Sunday. Further reports and an investigation determined that Bransin John, 25, allegedly stole the vehicle and crashed it in Dayton.
