    Snow, rain, sleet mix makes travel tricky
    A winter weather advisory remains in effect until 1 p.m. Thursday for all of Western New York. Warren, McKean, and Potter Counties are under an advisory until noon.Snow, sleet, and freezing rain develop during the pre-dawn hours. It will start to change to rain during the morning, at first along the Erie lakeshore and far western counties.
