(WIVB) — A Buffalo man has pleaded guilty for his role in a fatal shooting that occurred in 2023 on Genesee Street, the Erie County District Attorney's Office said Tuesday.Twandrell Dean, 25, admitted to his role in the shooting death of 31-year-old Devin Lockwood in the early morning hours of July 22, 2023 on Genesee near Mortimer Street.
