(WIVB) -- A Falconer man pleaded guilty to aiding and abetting kidnapping in connection with a 2014 murder, the U.S. Attorney's Office announced.According to officials, 38-year-old Anthony Neubauer, along with co-defendant Matthew Rudy, allegedly kidnapped Joseph Anthony by offering him cocaine and traveled with him from Jamestown to Rudy's property in Pennsylvania.Neubauer and Rudy believed Anthony to be a cooperator, officials said.
