  BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) -- A Buffalo man was arrested Saturday in connection to an alleged sexual assault that occurred earlier that day, the Buffalo Police Department said.
  Police said 23-year-old Hassan Khokar allegedly had sexual contact with a 13-year-old girl after smoking marijuana with her. Central District officers responded to the call around 4 p.m. at the Mariner Towers, according to police.
