    BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) -- An Oregon man was arrested and charged with indecent exposure Wednesday after he allegedly urinated in the aisle during an American Airlines flight, the U.S. District Attorney's Office announced.
    On July 3, a flight from Oregon to New Hampshire was diverted to the Buffalo Niagara International Airport following a call to the NFTA Police. 25-year-old Neil McCarthy had allegedly exposed himself and urinated in the aisle while the plane was in flight.
