  BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) -- Prints, knits, and rings will paint the town this weekend at the Allentown Art Festival and the Allen West Art Festival.
  Intermittent road closures will begin at 6 p.m. on Friday, June 7. Traffic is expected to be fully restored by 9 p.m. Sunday.
