(WIVB) — Police say a 42-year-old man who died following a shooting early Sunday morning has been identified.The victim, Darius Spates, arrived at ECMC in a civilian vehicle just after 2:30 a.m. Sunday with multiple gunshot wounds, according to police. Spates, from Buffalo, was later pronounced dead at the hospital.Police confirmed that the shooting occurred at Luxor Steak & Lobster which has now been shut down by the city.
