  BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) -- A convicted felon from Batavia was taken into custody following a traffic stop that led to multiple charges against him, according to the Wyoming County Sheriff's Office.
  On April 30, just after 4:30 a.m., 22-year-old Cristian M. Deluna was allegedly driving 20 mph over the speed limit in the Town of Java.
