    Ezekiel Martinez, 20, was apprehended after police allegedly heard gunfire at approximately 3:30 p.m. on April 12. They say they recovered a weapon from Martinez as he was attempting to stash it in a vehicle on Folger Street.
    Martinez was charged with second degree criminal possession of a weapon.
