  BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) -- A West Seneca man was sentenced to five years of probation following a hit-and-run in 2022, according to the Erie County District Attorney's Office.
  At 11:45 p.m. on Feb. 26, 33-year-old Frankie C.
