    BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — There were an estimated $200,000 in damages from a fire at an apartment building on Delaware Avenue on Thursday afternoon, according to fire officials.Crews responded to the blaze at Gates Circle apartments, located at 1310 Delaware, just after 3:30 p.m. Thursday.
    Officials said the fire started on the first floor of the five-floor building, in the bedroom of an apartment.
