(WIVB) — An arrest has been made in connection to a fatal shooting near UB South on New Year's Day, Buffalo police said Tuesday.21-year-old Terrance Johnson is accused of shooting and 18-year-old Rashaad Brown in the head at the intersection of Main Street and Merrimac Street around 3:30 a.m. on New Year's Day.
