    BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) – Up to a $1,000 reward is being offered for information leading to the arrest of a parole violator who has served time for second degree murder.
    Fahim Ansari was found guilty of second degree murder in 1976. A parole violation warrant was issued for his arrest Aug. 22.
    Ansari is 58, 6′ tall and 200 lbs. He wears glasses.
    Because of his conviction and criminal history, Ansari should be considered armed and dangerous.

  • Medina man killed in motorcycle crash

    TOWN OF SHELBY, N.Y. (WIVB) — A Medina man was killed in a motorcycle accident this past Saturday.
    New York State Police say Brian McKee, 28, was traveling east on Main St. in the Town of Shelby when he struck a concrete block off the roadway.
    This caused him to be ejected from the motorcycle, killing him.

    BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers joined the search for missing Buffalo police diver Officer Craig Lehner.
    Lehner went missing during a training exercise on Friday. The search for him involved multiple law enforcement agencies from across the state and Canada.

    BOURNEMOUTH, England (WIVB) — A kiss took an unexpected turn for one fisherman after the fish he was smooching jumped down his throat.
    The fish blocked his airways, triggering a heart attack.
    Friends rushed to perform CPR before paramedics arrived.
    Removing the fish had to be done carefully as its gills and barbs dug in.
    One paramedic said that in 17 years on the job, he’s never seen anything like this.

    DENVER (AP) — A Denver prosecutor says no charges will be filed following an investigation into videos showing a high school coach pushing cheerleaders down in splits.
    District Attorney Beth McCann said in a statement released Saturday there was insufficient evidence to warrant charges after a police investigation.
    The former coach, Ozell Williams, was dismissed after the videos became public. An East High School principal retired, and an athletic director resigned.

    To place an order, you need to go to the “Explore” menu and then click on the “Order Food” section.

    NIAGARA FALLS, Ontario (WIVB) — A 10-year-old boy had to be flown to a hospital after falling over a railing in Niagara Falls, Ontario.
