    Bicyclist struck in Town of Tonawanda
    TOWN OF TONAWANDA, N.Y. (WIVB)- A bicyclist crossing Colvin at Belmont was struck by a car Saturday afternoon.
    Police say that around 1:30 p.m. the vehicle was turning right onto Colvin when it struck the person riding a bike.
    The biker suffered serious injuries. It is unknown at this time if the driver has been charged.

    TONAWANDA, N.Y. (WIVB)- A 52 year-old Tonawanda man faces a felony charge after pointing a double barrel shotgun at a man Friday evening.
    Police say John Orlowski pointed the gun at a man going door to door on DeKalb Street for an energy company. According to officials Orlowski was intoxicated when he aimed the gun at the worker from his porch.
    Orlowski was charged with criminal possession of a weapon, menacing 2nd with a weapon and criminal possession of a weapon 3rd.

    HANOVER, N.Y. (WIVB) – Chautuaqua County Sheriff’s deputies responded to the scene of a serious injury accident at Route 39 and Hanover Road around 6 p.m. Friday evening.
    Upon arrival, deputies discovered that a driver headed south bound across Route 39 stopped at the stop sign on Hanover Road, but then failed to yield right of way to another driver who was west bound on Route 39.

    HANOVER, N.Y. (WIVB) – A motorcyclist from Forestville died in a crash Friday evening.
    A car that was stopped on Hanover Road at Route 39 then went through the intersection, according to Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Deputies.The car, driven by Dawn Clayburg, 57, of Tonawanda, was in a collision with another car, driven by a man from Westfield.
    The second car hit a motorcycle driven by William Wagner, 61, who was seriously hurt, according to deputies.

    Three teens charged with breaking into Summit Park Mall on July 4
    WHEATFIELD, N.Y. (WIVB) – Three teens from Niagara Falls were charged with burglary following a July 4 break in into the Summit Park Mall.
    Niagara County Sheriff’s deputies responded to the mall around 7:56 p.m. Tuesday when an interior alarm was set off, and surveillance showed people inside of the mall.
    Patrols made entry to the mall through an unsecured door. When they entered, they observed three males inside.

    NIAGARA FALLS, N.Y. (WIVB) – Niagara Falls Police are investigating a stabbing incident that happened Friday evening.
    According to police, a male victim was hit by a bat and stabbed four to five times.
    The victim is at ECMC with non-life threatening injuries.
