    Tuesday, five veterans were inducted into the “Wall of Honor” on Independence day at the Buffalo and Erie County Naval and Military Park.

    ELBA, N.Y.  (WIVB) – A 69-year-old Elba man was charged with second degree unlawfully dealing with a child following a party at his Transit Road residence where he allegedly allowed people under the age of 21 to consume alcohol.

    AMHERST, N.Y. (WIVB)- A relatively new law in the Town of Amherst aims to crack down on overly loud parties, specifically those involving underage drinking.
    The Social Host Law is a civil ordinance officially put into effect this spring. It not only allows fines for the host(s) of the parties, but also requires them to take a six hour alcohol education class.
