  CHEEKTOWAGA, N.Y. (WIVB)- Cheektowaga police are investigating an early morning shooting at Tryst Gentlemen’s Club on Aero Drive.
  Police say they responded to a shooting at the club but it appears nobody was struck by gunfire.
  Two guns were recovered and five men in their 20’s were arrested for possession of a weapon.

  ARCADE, N.Y. (WIVB)- Arcade police are investigating multiple vandalism reports around the town.
  Police say that racist slurs and profanity were spray painted on at least 4 vehicles in the area.
  The vandalism occurred at some point between Friday night and Saturday morning.

  ARCADE, N.Y. (WIVB) — Arcade police have arrested four suspects related to multiple cases of vandalism around the town.
  Police say that racist slurs, profanity and a swastika were spray painted on multiple vehicles and bridges in the area. According to authorities, nine cars, one boat, two stop signs and two bridges were tagged with graffiti.

• NY to limit lane closures for holiday weekend

  ALBANY, N.Y. (AP) — New York state is working to make driving less of a pain this Fourth of July weekend.
  Gov. Andrew Cuomo announced Friday that the state will suspend all non-essential construction-related lane closures during the busy holiday weekend.
  Cuomo says state officials are doing “everything in (their) power” to make traveling as painless as possible this Independence Day.

• Fire engulfs building in Cherry Creek

  CHERRY CREEK, N.Y. (WIVB)- We are trying to get more information about a fire in Cherry Creek that happened just after midnight.
  Viewer Dan Kohler sent News 4 video of the fire. It shows a building completely engulfed in flames.

  BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB)- A Buffalo man faces a number of charges after a raid by Erie County Sheriff’s deputies.
  The Narcotics Unit executed a search warrant Friday morning at a home on Junior St.
  Deputies told News 4 they discovered four grams of crack cocaine and a semiautomatic pistol hidden in a motorized toy car. The gun was loaded.

  UTICA, N.Y. (AP) — Heavy rains have caused flash flooding and power outages in central New York.
  Mayor Robert M. Palmieri of Utica declared a state of emergency Saturday. He said several roads are impassable.
