• Nissan recalls more than 54,000 cars, cites air bag problem

  NEW YORK (AP) — Nissan is recalling more than 54,000 cars because of curtain and seat-mounted air bags that may unexpectedly deploy when the door is slammed.Nissan North America says the recall affects the 2012 Nissan Versa vehicles. It says the problem may be caused by the degradation of the side impact sensor connector pins. The unexpected deployment of the air bags can increase the risk of injury.

• Buffalo Police arrest sexual assault suspect

  BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — Buffalo Police have made an arrest in an alleged sexual assault.
  51-year-old Langston Austin is charged with assault, forcible touching and menacing.
  Police say he attacked a woman in the Ferry-Fillmore district on February 22nd and threatened her with a knife.

  NIAGARA FALLS, N.Y. (WIVB)— U.S. Customs and Border Protection officers arrested a man wanted for murder in Florida at the Rainbow Bridge in Niagara Falls Friday.
  Officers say 31-year-old Annesto Bryan was in the custody of officers from Canada Border Services Agency when they determined he was wanted for murder in Osceola County, Florida.
