    Driver in fatal Delaware Ave. crash sentenced
    BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — The driver in a deadly crash on the Delaware Ave. S-curves will spend at least two years in prison.
    Dennis Xenos, 24, was sentenced Thursday afternoon.
    He pleaded guilty to vehicular manslaughter and vehicular assault charges in December.
    Prosecutors said he was driving drunk when he lost control of his car in July.
    Christopher Rizzo was killed in the crash, and another passenger suffered serious injuries.

    16-year-old from Lockport reported missing
    LOCKPORT, N.Y. (WIVB) — A 16-year-old from the Town of Lockport is missing.
    Domminick Mullen was last seen on Tuesday in the town.
    He was wearing red jogging pants, a black Chicago Bulls shirt and boots.
    Mullen has friends in the City of Lockport as well as family in Springville, police say.
