    BILOXI, Miss. (AP) — A train has collided with a charter bus in Biloxi, Mississippi, causing an unknown number of deaths and injuries.
    Biloxi city spokesman Vincent Creel says emergency responders were still removing injured people from the bus more than 30 minutes after the crash Tuesday.
    Creel says a CSX train headed eastbound hit the bus at a crossing in downtown Biloxi just before 2:15 p.m., pushing the bus about 300 feet down the tracks.

    The counterfeit name-brand jackets were discovered by West Seneca police after they received a call for a domestic disturbance in December of 2015.

    LANCASTER, N.Y. (WIVB) — A man who pleaded guilty to child pornography charges was sentenced to more than 15 years in jail.
    According to prosecutors, Joseph Lombardo, 25, met underage girls online, got naked pictures from them and threatened to make the pictures public.

    Darren Salter, senior coroner for Oxfordshire, says a post-mortem has found that the singer died of “dilated cardiomyopathy with myocarditis and fatty liver.”
    Dilated cardiomyopathy is a condition in which the heart’s ability to pump blood is limited, while myocarditis is inflammation of the heart muscle.

    Carl Covino thought he was going to play cards at a senior center in Hamburg. When he arrived, he was surprised by friends and family ready to celebrate his 100th birthday.
    Covino served in Korea and World War II and fought at the Battle of the Bulge under General George Patton.

    BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — News 4 confirmed a series of text messages sent by and received from Wardel Davis, which indicate he was having some kind of medical issue before an altercation with police.
    But legal experts said whether the messages will have any impact on the overall investigation into his death remains to be seen.
