    Italian Festival moving to the Outer Harbor
    BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — News 4 has confirmed the Galbani Italian Heritage Festival is moving.
    It has been along Hertel Ave. in North Buffalo for years, and will now be held at the Outer Harbor.
    Mayor Byron Brown, representatives from the Erie Canal Harbor Development Corporation and Galbani will be talking about the future of the festival Tuesday morning at City Hall.
    News 4 is told the festival is still happening the same weekend in mid-July.

    ALBANY, N.Y. (AP) — Uber and Lyft could be coming to upstate New York under legislation that was approved in the state Senate.

    LOCKPORT, N.Y. (WIVB) — The trial of a Lockport principal on child endangerment charges started Monday.
    James Snyder, 45, is on administrative leave from North Park Middle School.

    The Wyoming County Sheriff’s office says Ronald Dedominces, 51, was stopped at a snowmobile crossing on Route 39 in the Town of Eagle for a registration check.
    The Sheriff’s office says Dedominces failed field sobriety tests and was taken into custody before being released to a family member. His snowmobile was towed away.

    BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — A Buffalo man has been indicted on a charge of second-degree murder.
    Raquise Bryant, 28, allegedly stabbed Raheem Malone, 29, in the chest on Genesee St. this past September. Malone was killed.
    Bryant pleaded not guilty and was jailed without bail. If he is convicted of murder, he could spend a maximum sentence of 25 years to life in jail.

    The Millen quadruplets shared a birthday on Saturday.

    BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — New York State Police ticketed eight people over the weekend for using fake or fraudulent licenses to get into bars.
    State police worked with Department of Motor Vehicle Investigators Sunday to check about 300 licenses from customers. They report eight people were ticketed and then released to return to Buffalo Traffic Violations Agency.
