    EAST PEMBROKE, N.Y. (WIVB) — Before Noon on Wednesday, a wall collapsed at Kistner Concrete in East Pembroke.

    TOWN OF OLEAN, N.Y. (WIVB) — New York State Police and the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office are investigating a number of vehicle larcenies in the Dugan Rd. area of the Town of Olean.
    According to authorities, an unknown person has been going into unlocked vehicles at night to steal purses and wallets.

    BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — An M&T Bank branch at Fountain Plaza was robbed Wednesday afternoon.
    The person suspected of committing the crime came into the bank just after 1 p.m., Buffalo police say.
    After this, they allegedly handed a note to a teller, demanded money and fled on foot with an undisclosed amount of money.

    BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — A male victim was seriously injured in a Buffalo shooting Wednesday afternoon.
    It is not clear where the victim was shot, but he was in a vehicle that crashed at Leslie St. and Scajaquada St. after the shooting occurred just before 2 p.m.
    The victim was taken to ECMC.

    A tree toppled over on Roma Ave. in Buffalo. It is unclear whether it was blocking traffic.
    In the early afternoon, thousands of people were left without power.
    In Erie County, Depew, Lancaster and Cheektowaga were hit the hardest in terms of outages, especially Depew. More than 3,800 customers were without power in those places.

    NEW YORK (AP) — New York City authorities say more than 100 people suffered minor injuries when a Long Island Rail Road train hit a bumping block at a Brooklyn station.
    Fire officials at the scene Wednesday said metal that appeared to be from a rail pierced the bottom of the train and the wheels lifted up. They said the crash also damaged a work area beyond the tracks.
