    BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB)- Buffalo police are investigating an overnight shooting that occurred just before 2:50 a.m. Sunday morning.
    Detectives say a cab driver was struck by gunfire during a robbery as he was picking up a fare near Detroit Street and Paderewski Drive.
    The suspect robbed the cab driver of an undisclosed amount of money.
    The cab driver was taken to ECMC where he was treated and released.

    DEVELOPING: Truck and train collide in Dunkirk
    DUNKIRK, N.Y. (WIVB) — The Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office tells News 4 a tractor trailer and train collided Saturday evening.
    The crash happened at Progress Drive and Werle Road.
    Dispatchers tell News 4 the truck driver suffered a minor injury. Crews also had to put out a small fire that started in the trailer.
