    Trump University lawsuits settled for $25M
    (AP) — New York’s attorney general says President-elect Donald Trump has agreed to a $25 million settlement to resolve three lawsuits over Trump University, his former school for real estate investors.
    The deal announced Friday by Attorney General Eric Schneiderman would settle two class-action lawsuits in California and a civil suit filed by Schneiderman.
    The suits had alleged that Trump University failed to deliver the quality real estate investing education it promised.

    GETZVILLE, N.Y. (WIVB) — Three people were hospitalized after a crash on Campbell Blvd. Friday afternoon.
    An SUV was traveling south when it collided with another vehicle going the opposite direction.
    The accident appears to have happened around 3 p.m. It blocked off the road from Dodge to N. French Rd. for about two hours.
    It is not clear what condition the crash victims are in, but one of them had to be extricated from a vehicle.

    WARSAW, N.Y. (WIVB) — A 28-count indictment was handed down against two Rochester men who were swept over a 70-foot Letchworth waterfall, along with five children.
    Prosecutors say Tyler Jennings, 34, and Chad Staley, 32, visited Letchworth State Park with the children this past June. During the visit, prosecutors say the seven of them entered a restricted area of the park — the water right above the Lower Falls.

    Accused bank robber arrested at motel
    NIAGARA FALLS, N.Y. (WIVB) — An alleged bank robber from the Town of Niagara was arrested by Niagara County Sheriff’s deputies on Thursday.
    Joseph Light, 27, was charged with robbery and grand larceny after allegedly robbing the Northwest Savings Bank on Niagara Falls Boulevard in Niagara Falls.
    Deputies and Town of Niagara police took him into custody at the Bit O’ Paris Motel on the same road.
    Following arraignment, Light was jailed on $20,000 bail.
