    WEST SENECA, N.Y. (WIVB) – A longtime West Seneca highway worker has died from injuries he suffered in an accident on the job.
    53-year-old Don Schultz set out to clear storm sewer drains along Glenmar Drive on Tuesday.
    Schultz was run over by his truck and seriously injured. Schultz succumbed to his injuries Saturday.
    Schultz was a father of six. Loved ones are raising money for his family. As of 9 p.m. Saturday night, at least $21,880 was raised.

    BPD SWAT team responds to Saranac Ave. after man makes threats
    BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB)- Buffalo Police SWAT team was called to a home on the 100 block of Saranac Ave. around 6:00 p.m. on Saturday. Police say a man was making threats inside an upper apartment.
    Buffalo Police blocked off the road, preventing some people from getting to their homes.
    Our News 4 crew saw the Crisis Management Team and a Hostage Negotiator on scene.
    Police say the individual surrendered without incident after two hours of negotiations and was taken to ECMC for evaluation.
