    Doctor accused of causing woman’s death in botched abortion
    NEW YORK (AP) — A New York City physician is accused of causing the death of a patient in a botched abortion.
    Queens District Attorney Richard A. Brown said Tuesday that Dr. Robert Rho has been indicted on a manslaughter charge.
    Authorities allege the patient died in July after a botched abortion procedure.
    They say she was allowed to leave the health facility even though she had been bleeding profusely, collapsed and appeared disoriented.

    BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — A stolen car hit another vehicle and crashed into a building early Tuesday morning, police say.
    Officials say Khalil Holland, 18, ran a red light at Fillmore and Northampton around 1:50 a.m.
    While going through the light, Holland, who had two others in his vehicle, hit a westbound Jeep.
    The Jeep, which was being driven by a 71-year-old Buffalo man, spun around before coming to a rest.
