  CHEEKTOWAGA, N.Y. (WIVB) — A Canadian woman, illegally living in the United States since the early 1970s, has been arrested on a charge of voter fraud.
  Shirley Anne Conners, 62, lives in Cheektowaga, and has been in America, against the law, for decades.
  Since 1995, prosecutors say the woman who went by the last name Faragalli voted in more than 20 federal, state and local elections. Most recently, Conners voted in the Democratic Presidential Primary in April.

(AP) — A New Jersey Transit train that crashed into Hoboken’s terminal last week, killing one person and injuring more than 100 others, was going twice the speed limit at the moment of impact, and the train’s engineer hit the emergency brake less than a second before the crash, federal investigators said Thursday.

  NIAGARA FALLS, N.Y. (WIVB) — Hundreds were without power after a truck crashed into a utility pole Wednesday night.
