    SCRANTON, Pa. (AP) — Police say a Pennsylvania drug suspect was all wet when he urinated in his pants in the hope that it would dissolve the heroin and cocaine in his pocket.
    The (Scranton) Times-Tribune says 42-year-old Wesley Autrey sold heroin Tuesday during an undercover sting in Scranton.

    BETHESDA, Md. (AP) — U.S. regulators are issuing an official recall of Samsung’s Galaxy Note 7 phone because of the risk that its batteries can explode or catch fire.

    Lockport home destroyed in morning fire
    LOCKPORT, N.Y. (WIVB) — Numerous 911 calls led fire crews to a blaze on Badger Drive in Lockport this morning.
    The Niagara County Sheriff’s Office says a detached garage was fully engulfed in flames, and that the fire spread to the house next to it just before Noon.
    The two adults and the dog who lived there safely evacuated the building.

    Pavilion resident Alan Hargrave was driving a pick-up truck and towing a small, empty trailer with his brother when he pulled out of a scrapyard and turned onto Angling Rd. around 9:45 a.m.
    While driving, Hargrave lost control of his vehicle and crashed into a tree.

    BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — As many were on their way to New Era Field for tonight’s Buffalo Bills home opener, black smoke could be seen filling a portion of the sky.
    A vehicle fire happened on the Skyway, causing New York State Police and fire crews to block off the ramp leading to it on the I-190.
    It is not clear why the vehicle caught fire, but News 4 viewers were able to capture the scene as it burned.

    CHEEKTOWAGA, N.Y. (WIVB) — A tractor-trailer overturned and closed off traffic on the I-90 Thursday morning.
    The accident happened just before 11:30 a.m. at the exit to Walden Ave.
    The overturned truck closed off the ramps from Route 33 at Exit 51 to I-90.
    The driver ended up with non-life threatening injuries.
