    WEST SENECA, N.Y. (WIVB) — The former President of the West Seneca Youth Baseball Association has been accused of stealing approximately $49,000 from the club.
    Kevin Chodowski, 46, served as President from 2011-2014. During this time, prosecutors say he took the money from the team’s bank account, which included registration and fundraising cash.

    Marco Sweat, 35, a Buffalo resident, was charged with second-degree murder after police accused him of killing Wyatt on E. Delavan Ave.
    Despite the accusation, Sweat remains innocent after pleading ‘not guilty’ in court. He is being held in custody without bail.

    BATAVIA, N.Y. (WIVB) — The man found dead in Batavia’s Dewitt Park has been identified as 25-year-old Kyeongseop Woodhams.
    Woodhams was discovered by a fisherman partially submerged in water around 9 a.m. last week.
