    Farmer discovers overturned vehicle with deceased driver inside
    TOWN OF ELLERY, N.Y. (WIVB)- State Troopers are investigating why a vehicle left the roadway and crashed at some point on Saturday.
    The Audi S4 was spotted 35 feet off Bayview Road in the woods by a farmer who notified police.
    Troopers found the driver, 21 year-old Ryan Abbey, deceased in the car. Officials say the vehicle may have been overturned for multiple hours.

    The deputy was responding to a property damage traffic accident on Rt. 60 around 3:35 a.m. Sunday morning. They believed the driver, 21 year-old Justin Haffa, was under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol and attempted to arrest him.

    BALTIMORE, M.D. (WIVB) – The Buffalo Bills lost their first game of the 2016-17 season 13-7 to the Baltimore Ravens on Sunday afternoon.
    The Bills only touchdown came in the second quarter when LeSean McCoy rushed the ball from a yard out. At the time, Buffalo trailed 10-7.

    BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB)- Stephen Fogarty lost everything to opiate addiction. His car, his home, his job; but not his hope for recovery. And music is where he found strength when he needed it most.
    The Buffalo hip hop artist has a very specific message in his songs: they’re all about sobriety.

Crews on the scene say high tension wires are under the pressure of the tree and if those wires snap and go down it could charge anything it hits and it could be a pretty dangerous situation.
