  Police responded to a call of a shooting just after 4:45 a.m. in the first block of  Fay Street. Detectives say a 34 year-old Buffalo female was struck by gunfire while sitting inside of a vehicle. She was transported by ambulance to ECMC with serious injuries.

  WHEATFIELD, N.Y. (WIVB)- The driver of an SUV that struck and killed two teenagers and injured a third on Shawnee Road has been charged. The Sheriff’s criminal division and accident investigation unit released details from their investigation Saturday morning.
  20 year-old Carly Marrs of North Tonawanda was charged on September 9th with imprudent speed, reckless driving and unlawful possession of marijuana.

  NIAGARA FALLS, N.Y. (WIVB) — Police say a man who crashed his car and died Friday night had a medical emergency.
  A man, 57, from Burlington, Ontario, Canada, was driving a 2016 Honda Accord out of the traffic circle at the Niagara Scenic Parkway around 9:25 p.m., and apparently had the medical emergency, according to Niagara Falls Police.
  The car sped up north on John B. Daly Boulevard, hit a grass embankment at Niagara Street, went into the air, hit a tree and stopped in a nearby field.

  BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) – A man authorities describe as a “serial credit card thief” admitted stealing cards from a school, a school employee, and a church volunteer, and then forging their signatures.
