    Man killed in Chautauqua County crash
    ELLERY, N.Y. (WIVB) — A man from Stockton died in a Friday night crash that could lead to charges against a driver.
    Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Deputies were called to County Road 380 and Stockton Road shortly after 9:00 p.m., where two cars hit each other.
    One driver, identified as Charles Clutter, 22, of Stockton, died at the scene.
