    BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — Buffalo resident Raymond Gonzalez, 39, has been found guilty in the death of a 1-year-old boy.
    A week long trial led to Gonzalez’ conviction on a charge of manslaughter, after his conduct resulted in the death of his girlfriend’s son, James.
    The baby suffered severe head trauma during an incident on Busti Ave. back in 2010.
    When Gonzalez is sentenced on September 22, he could spend a maximum of 25 years in jail.

    BATAVIA, N.Y. (WIVB) — Two people were found dead in a Batavia cemetery Wednesday.
    Police in the city say Richard Garlock, 34, and Jenea Macleod, 32, had been found dead after lightning struck the area near them earlier in the day, during a storm.
    Their bodies showed injuries that matched those of a lightning strike, but an official cause of death has yet to be announced.
