    ROCHESTER, NY (WIVB) –  Police near Rochester had closed off Lake Road in Webster while they investigated a possible kidnapping.
    Police report that the woman is now safe.  Greece Police say the victim was taken from her home and later dropped off at a gas station on route 104 around 2 a.m.   Lake Road was shut off for several hours before the suspect surrendered peacefully.

    LONDON (AP) — London police say a woman has died and five others were injured in a knife attack in a central part of the city.
    A statement from the London Metropolitan Police early Thursday said the attack happened late Wednesday in Russell Square, which is near to the British Museum.
    It said six people were treated at the scene, and that the woman later died. The condition of the others was not immediately known.

    LONDON (AP) – British police say a man who stabbed six people in London’s Russell Square was a Norwegian of Somali origin, but they have found no signs of radicalization.

    He says one person was killed in the attack, an American woman.
    The five injured people are British, American, Israeli and Australian.
