  ELLERY, N.Y. (WIVB) — Police have arrested a woman after she allegedly attacked two teenagers in the Town of Ellery Saturday.
  Officers say 28-year-old Brittany Love entered a camper behind a residence where she choked one subject and scratched and struck another subject inside.
  Love was arrested by State Police and arraigned in the Town of Ellery Court. Love is scheduled to reappear in court at a later date.

  He put others before himself, and loved to smile.

  BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — One person is being treated for injuries suffered in an early morning shooting in the city’s Kensington Bailey neighborhood Sunday morning.
  Police were called to a business on Bailey Avenue about 3:30 a.m.
  The victim’s injuries are described as “serious,” on the department’s Twitter account Sunday.

  Police were called to a business on Bailey Avenue about 3:30 a.m. A 37-year-old man was struck by gunfire and transported to ECMC where he later died.

  AUSTIN, TEXAS (WIVB/KXAN) — Police are on the scene of a downtown Austin shooting that’s left at least one person dead.
  According to Austin-Travis County EMS, multiple units are responding to the area of 208 East 6th Street in Austin.

  BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) – The Stop the Violence Coalition took over Martin Luther King Jr. Park in Buffalo Saturday.
  The group held its annual celebration in memory of Joseph Washington and other lives lost to homicide.
  Washington was an elderly man murdered in August of 2010.
