  Vincent LaPlaca, 94, was last seen at his home around 3 p.m. on Wednesday. He may be in need of medical attention.

  BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — Two villages and a town in western New York have issued water conservation requests or restrictions for their residents.
  Those living in Holland, Lyndonville and Alden have been asked by officials to not use water where it is unnecessary.
