    NIAGARA FALLS, N.Y. (WIVB) — Niagara Falls Police say a Buffalo man was found shot in an alley in Niagara Falls.
    At 11:30 a.m. on Monday, police received a call and found a man lying in an alley between 9th and 10th St. The 26-year-old had a gunshot wound in his lower chest area.
