    BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — A Buffalo man involved in the death of an elderly man whose home he invaded lost an appeal in court.
    In 2012, Shaquar Pratcher, 21, and three others invaded the home of 96-year-old Levi Clayton, an elderly church deacon. During the invasion, prosecutors say the four assaulted Clayton, causing him eight facial fractures.
    Four months later, Clayton died. A medical examiner said that the assault contributed to his death.

    BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — Four counts of second-degree rape, two counts of third-degree rape and one count of endangering the welfare of a child are coming against a Buffalo man.
    Michael Austin, 52, is accused of raping a child younger than 16 multiple times over a six-month period.
    Austin was arraigned in court where he was jailed on $250,000.
    If convicted of the charges against him, Austin could spend a maximum of 36 years in prison.
