    BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB)- Buffalo police arrested a 17 year-old after an incident at the Canalside Boardwalk Carnival Saturday night.

    BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) – It was rise and race for the more than seven thousand marathoners participating in the 16th annual Buffalo Marathon. 45 states and 18 countries were represented this year.

    BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB)- Buffalo police are investigating a shooting that occurred Saturday night in the first block of Crossman Avenue.
    Detectives say a 15 year-old male was outside his house when he was shot around 10:40 p.m.
    He was transported to ECMC where he’s listed in critical condition.

    CINCINNATI (AP) — The Cincinnati Zoo has temporarily closed its gorilla exhibit after a special zoo response team shot and killed a 17-year-old gorilla that grabbed and dragged a 4-year-old boy who fell into a moat.

    The Bandits trailed 3-0 early on before overcoming the deficit and rallying to take a 4-3 lead. The teams were tied at six at halftime.
    The Rush pulled ahead late in the fourth quarter, en route to a 11-9 win.
    Dhane Smith finished the game with a hat trick.
