    BATAVIA, N.Y. (WIVB) — An elderly local woman faces charges of selling drugs in Batavia following an investigation.
    Officials say 84-year-old Laura Viehdeffer faced arrest on Wednesday and was booked on charges of third-degree criminal sale and criminal possession of a controlled substance.
    Court records show the pills she’s accused of peddling are hydrocodone, allegedly on June 28 of 2015 at a Batavia apartment. Few other details have been released.

    Groves is accused of stealing a total of $41,000 between 2012 and 2016 from falsely filing medicaid financial applications and receiving medicaid benefits.
